How do I place an order?
Choose your product, size and colour, add it to your cart and check out. You can also order by phone or WhatsApp on +44 7474 599274.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available, so you can inspect your furniture before you pay. We also accept card payments and bank transfer.
Do you have any offers?
Keep an eye on our product pages and announcement bar for current offers, such as money off larger orders.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over £600, and for smaller orders the delivery charge is shown at checkout. See our Delivery Information for full details.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, in selected areas on in-stock items. Please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
How long will my order take?
We will contact you after you order to confirm your delivery date and arrange a convenient day.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes, we deliver nationwide. Some remote areas may take longer or carry an extra charge – we’ll always let you know first.
Wardrobes
What is the difference between Milan, Lyon and Central Mirror?
Milan has full-length mirrors on both doors. Lyon has one mirrored door and one plain door. Central Mirror has a mirror panel in the middle framed by matt doors.
Which wardrobe size should I choose?
Measure the wall where the wardrobe will go and allow a few centimetres either side. As a guide, 100–120cm suits box rooms and single bedrooms, 150–180cm suits most double bedrooms, and 203–256cm suits master bedrooms. Remember to check the height (around 215–220cm) against your ceiling and any sloping walls.
Do your high gloss wardrobes have lights?
Yes – the Sycylia High Gloss range has built-in LED lighting, plus 2, 3 or 4 bottom drawers depending on size.
Which colours are available?
Our matt wardrobes come in Grey, Oak, Black and White. The Sycylia High Gloss range also comes in Black & Gold and White & Gold.
Assembly
Does furniture arrive assembled?
Most items arrive flat-packed with instructions. Our team can assemble it for you – just ask when you order.
How long does assembly take?
It depends on the item. A wardrobe usually takes our team between one and three hours.
Returns & warranty
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel unused, unassembled items in their original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Let us know within 48 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a replacement part, a replacement item or a refund at no cost to you.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, our furniture is covered by a warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear, misuse or damage caused by incorrect assembly.

Can I see the furniture before buying?
Yes, you’re welcome to visit our Manchester showroom – please contact us first to arrange your visit.
